Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to ensuring your Lush products reach you fresh, safe, and on time. This policy outlines our standard shipping and delivery practices for orders placed on our official online platform.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across most cities and pin codes in India through our trusted logistics partners.
  • Service availability will be confirmed at checkout after you enter your delivery pin code.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines will trigger post confirmation of order
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, strikes, natural disasters, etc.).
  • Delivery will be within 7 Days in India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Delivery on orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 will incur a delivery fee (visible at checkout).
  • Any additional handling or special delivery charges (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email notification with tracking details.
  • You can track your order via the courier partner’s website

 5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If the order remains undelivered after attempts, it will be returned to us.
  • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will exclude shipping/COD/Payment gateway charges.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only for select pin codes and order values.
  • A nominal COD convenience fee may be applied.
  • Please ensure you have the exact cash amount available at the time of delivery.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, Lush India ships only within India.
  • For international orders, please visit the official Lush website of the respective country.

8. Delays & Exceptions

  • Lush is not liable for delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, courier delays, or force majeure events.
  • In rare cases of product unavailability post-order confirmation, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

9. Post delivering order

Lush is not responsible for damage after delivery
