Privacy and Personal Data

Any personal information we collect or you provide to Bilberry brands India Pvt Ltd directly or via Lush.in will be managed in accordance with our privacy policy.

So that we can deliver your order to you, we will provide your details to our couriers and postal service providers that deliver your order.

2.2 Events beyond our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes but is not limited to:

  • Strikes or other industrial action.
  • Civil commotion, terrorism or threat of, war or threat or preparation for.
  • Fire, explosion, adverse weather conditions, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  • Disruption to supplies or delivery methods.
  • Acts of government or regulatory bodies.
  • Disruption to public or private telecommunications networks.

2.3 Arrangements

After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by notifying you that your order has been dispatched.

Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver products takes effect between you and Lush. You pay the sum that you see at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery. Upon receipt of your order for the products you will be charged for the products and the delivery costs.

Products will be at your sole risk from the time of delivery to you. 

2.5 Fresh Orders

Our fresh face masks are like fresh groceries. They are made with only fresh ingredients and contain no preservatives; as a result, they need to be kept refrigerated. If you are ordering fresh products from rural areas, your fresh face mask may arrive in a less-than-fresh state. We accept no liability for this. However, we do encourage you to reach out to our Customer Care team should this occur.

3. Resale

By ordering from our website or from our stores, you agree to not commercially resell any Lush products. Commercially reselling our products is a breach of these terms and conditions and your agreement with us.

4. Fees & Payment Policy

At Lush India, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. This policy outlines the fees, charges, and accepted modes of payment for orders placed on our official online platform.

1. Pricing & Fees

  • All prices displayed on our website/app are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
  • Product prices are subject to change at Lush’s discretion without prior notice.
  • Any promotional discounts, offers, or coupons will be applied at checkout.

2. Accepted Modes of Payment

3. Payment Terms

  • For prepaid orders, payment must be completed at checkout.
  • For COD orders, full payment must be made to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.
  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed, and you will be prompted to retry.

5. Fraud Prevention & Verification

  • Lush reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is found to be suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized.
  • For certain high-value transactions, we may request additional identity/verification details before processing.
  • Customers may be requested to provide identity or payment verification before order processing.             

6. Payment Security

  • All online transactions on our Platforms are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
  • We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to safeguard your personal and financial information.
  • Bilberry Brands India Pvt Ltd or Lush.in does not store your full card or banking details. Sensitive information is handled directly by our trusted payment partners.

7. Payment Confirmation

  • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order details.
  • In case of payment failure, please retry using an alternative method or contact our Customer Care team.

8. We do not hold your credit card data.

Pricing Policy

  • The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
  • All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
  • Final price confirmed only at checkout; pre-payment does not lock price.
