A bright, floral aroma with a slightly bitter, marmalade-like finish. Orange blossom honey is a luxuriously fragrant, sweet, sticky liquid made by honeybees.
Bees collect nectar from the flowers of the orange tree, carry it to their nests and convert it to honey. It retains some of the beautiful floral-citrus flavour and fragrance.
Half a kilogram of honey contains the essence of approximately two million flowers. Honeybees need to make thousands of round-trips to collect nectar, and a single bee might only produce around a teaspoonful of honey in its entire lifetime.

Where does Lush source orange blossom honey?
To ensure the welfare of bees producing the honey in our supply chain, we work with beekeepers who understand the importance of managing hives with consideration and work in a minimally invasive way.
Our Organic Orange Blossom Honey is supplied by beekeeper Thomas, who works using organic methods alongside his family. This particular honey is a sunshine-filled delight from the orangeries of Laconia, Peloponnese in Greece. Coarse-filtered, unpasteurised, and enzyme-rich, it bursts with vibrant citrus and floral flavours. Sustainably harvested by Thomas and his family using traditional beekeeping methods, its a golden honey that offers a distinctive marmalade-like sweetness.
